TRX Performance - MMA Workout: Randy Hetrick & Brandon Vera
Strength, balance and stability of the corset muscle (control of the lumbar spine during dynamic movements) are key to any MMA fighters. Randy Hetrick (CEO of Fitness Anywhere) conducts a fighter UFC Brandon'a Vera through this complicated many-sided training, which is designed not only for professional fighters such as Brandon, but for anyone who wants to improve their physical fitness.
This 55-minute TRX-training is part of the coaching certification MMA Conditioning Association's and includes:
- 12 exercises described in the instructions, and their progression.
- Two circular MMA training that can be performed separately or together.
- Two bonus series of exercises with demonstration of favorite movements Brandon'a Vera.
- Hitch with five additional exercises.
