T-Tapp Tempo Intermediate Exercise Program
Continuation of exercise programs on the system of T-Tapp.
This is a complete workout of 10 sets (pieces) instead of 8 (Tempo?), Which includes exercise Bun Blasters (published in the magazine Womans World).
