This workout will take you through the fire and get you on the path of

The first segment is classic Tae Bo -- from punches and kicks to "speed bags" and "skip kicks." Billy's mix of high reps and smooth transitions makes it both easy to learn and effective. The second segment mixes traditional toning exercises with Tae Bo-style body-sculpting (e.g. controlled punches holding a dumbbell). This section also features a fast pace and lots of reps. The workout ends with an "extreme" series of cardio bursts (high-intensity moves like jumping jacks). DVD includes a 14-minute Tae Bo tutorial. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells
